Your senior year may feel like you are stuck somewhere between teenage life and adulthood. It’s a time that goes by in the blink of an eye. Senior photos are a time to capture that moment of figuring out who you’ll be! And documenting exactly who you are right now.
Tara was such a joy to work with, as well as a natural at posing. She looked beautiful and ethereal in basically every shot. Not to mention, her outfit choices were top notch! I’m so glad she’ll have these photos to remember this significant time of her life.

Senior photos are a great time to show off a bunch of different outfits! To get the most out of your senior photo outfits, bring a few different looks that represent your interests, your time in high school, and your plans for the future.
Tara’s senior photo outfits were both black, but gave off totally different vibes. She brought one casual fit as well as a more formal one. We got plenty of amazing photos in both. Tara was also so clever to bring a hat, which we added in a few of the photos to change up the look. A photographer can do a lot with some choice accessories!
Maryville Photography Locations
What really made Tara’s shoot special is how we were able to capture different aspects of her personality through the locations we chose! Maryville has so many options for amazing photography.
We started with some edgy, modern backgrounds: metal and brick, and a walk in the city. Later, we got some soft photos in the gardens. (Doesn’t this little stone path look just like a fairy garden?!) My favorite was this spunky ice cream bench at Capitol Theatre Coffee & Ice Cream Parlor in Maryville. What an amazing look!
