A surprise proposal in the Smokies? Sign me up! Photographers in Gatlinburg love a good surprise, and we know every wife-to-be wants those moments captured in high res! Wyatt invited me to help him propose with his love Caroline, and I’d love to share some of these gems with you. 

Wyatt and Caroline’s Story

Wyatt and Caroline are both homebodies, or so they say. Can you believe these two met at a BBQ restaurant in 2022? Wyatt was Caroline’s server, and he wrote his name on her receipt. They’ve been inseparable ever since. They love hanging out at their family farm, going to the movies, and being with their friends. But I hope they like wedding planning, because it’s going to be their new pastime—Caroline said yes!

Styles for Surprise Proposal

Wyatt and Caroline wanted happy and smiling poses in their shoot, so we tried to focus on the fun in this shoot. When you book your engagement photographer, remember to tell them what style you’d like for the photos, so we can make sure you get exactly what you’re hoping for. These two wanted soft and clean, with rich colors. Luckily, we had some great lighting from an overcast day in the Smokies and they turned out perfectly.
