But, I also have so many recommendation for your honeymoon, anniversary trip or really any other visit. And today I am going to share one of my favorite honeymoon cabins in Gatlinburg TN, which I know you will love as well!
Mossy Fern
Nestled into the beautiful Laurel Valley Community is a 2 bedroom/2 full bath cabin called the Mossy Fern. Perfect for up to four visitors, whether that is two couples or a small family. And of course, it has everything you could look for in a honeymoon cabins in Gatlinburg TN. With an open concept living space, cozy fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. You will find everything you’ll need for your visit.
In addition to the convenient and comfortable inside of the home is a stunning outdoor area. Outside you will find a large deck with lots of privacy as the home sits on a large property with a forest of trees surrounding it. Enjoy cooking on the grill, dining under the stars and soaking in the extra large hot tub. As well, the front deck has rockers and tables for enjoying that late night glass of wine or early morning cup of Java!
Location
You can find this The Mossy Ferm in Townsend, right outside of the Smoky Mountains and about 10-15 minutes to Gatlinburg. Because of its convenient location, this is one of the best honeymoon cabins in Gatlinburg TN that you will find! There are so many fun outdoor activities that are super close by. Like zip lining, horseback riding, sight seeing, river tubing and much much more just minutes from the cabin!
Another perk of the location is being located in Laurel Valley Community. You will have access to the pool and country club with a free seasonal pass. As well as year round usage of the fitness center.

“We visited Townsend for our family vacation and stayed at the Mossy Fern Cabin. The cabin had everything we needed and more. It is located in a very quite and peaceful neighborhood. Our favorite time spent at the cabin was on the front porch listening to the nature. They also have a guest book that has ideas on things to do in the area. Our favorite local restaurant was the Apple Valley Cafe for breakfast. Our favorite local place we visited was Cades Cove we seen a lot of wildlife even black bears. “Perfect cabin for two couples! Comfy beds and very nicely decorated with most things you could need for a long weekend. Secluded and quiet neighborhood in the woods about 10 minutes from Townsend and 25-30 minutes from parts of the park. Great attractions and restaurants in the area with fabulous communication from the hosts. Hot tub was a plus & we were able to see a couple deer while we were relaxing on the deck.
